With 24 years of experience in the demanding restaurant industry, she developed a profound appreciation for food—not just for its flavor, but for its power to nourish. Born in Maryland and raised in San Diego, CA, she is now an aspiring nutritionist on the verge of graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition. She is currently focused on applying to graduate schools to further her expertise. When she isn't pursuing her academic goals, she enjoys traveling, finding time in nature, caring for animals, and making sure her family remains her absolute top priority.
