Work Experience
Throughout her 24-year career in the restaurant industry, Miranda has demonstrated exceptional dedication, working her way up through hard work and perseverance. This extensive journey led to key positions, including successfully managing operations and expertly curating menus. Her experience has clearly honed strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of effective team collaboration.

School Experience
Miranda has achieved a strong foundation at Mesa College, graduating with an AA degree in both Nutrition and Kinesiology while earning High Honors. She successfully transferred to San Diego State University (SDSU) and is now actively pursuing Graduate School. Maintaining an excellent 3.5 GPA, she is also a dedicated member of the Student Nutrition Organization (SNO) at SDSU, demonstrating deep commitment to her field.



Volunteering Experience
Through her involvement with the Student Nutrition Organization (SNO), she actively volunteers for various impactful causes, contributing time to organizations like Cushman Food Bank and Father Joe's Village. While committed to community service, her true volunteering passion lies in working with animals, where she eagerly takes on any task, including hands-on work like mucking stalls, demonstrating a dedicated and practical approach to helping those in need.
